Tristan discovered his love for singing at the age of 11 when he joined his local church choir in Christ Church, Barbados. It was some 5 years later that Tristan started singing solos with his youth group choir (which he also trained) and the church’s junior choir.

Tristan proceeded to sing in numerous choirs, including as a guess tenor or soloist. This was while training or directing two junior choirs and directing a community choir.

While still living in Barbados Tristan toured Grenada, Dominica, Guyana and the USA with “The Myriad Singers of Barbados” as soloist and chorister.

Tristan’s first formal training was cut short after one year when his then coach migrated from Barbados in 2004. Almost 9 years later Tristan enrolled into Westminster Choir College in Princeton NJ, USA.

While Tristan is qualified and experienced in the field of Business, he is also artistically and academically qualified as a singer/performer, and has decided to focus his talents as an artist on this part of his journey.
